Paragon Brands has been named as the exclusive distributor of Zamora Company spirits and liqueurs in the UK.
Established in 1945, the family-owned Spanish drinks business owns a portfolio of premium wines and spirits, including Licor 43, Martin Miller’s Gin, Villa Massa and Yellow Rose American Whiskey.
The move follows Paragon’s acquisition of the UK distribution rights to Żubrówka Vodka, the third-largest vodka brand worldwide and fastest-growing major vodka in UK retail, and Heaven’s Door whisky, Bob Dylan’s first and only consumer brand partnership.
Licor 43 is made to a 75-year-old secret family recipe of 43 natural ingredients and became a global million-case brand for the first time in November 2022. Martin Miller’s Gin is described as “the world’s first ‘super premium’ gin”. The brand is growing in popularity, with a 17% increase in sales during 2022.
