Cadbury reveals Inventor winner

Cadbury Honeycomb & Nuts

Cadbury Dairy Milk Honeycomb & Nuts, formerly known as Crunchy Honeycomb, is the latest addition to join the Cadbury Dairy Milk family after it won a public vote that concluded the brand’s Inventor competition.

Invented by 19-year-old Nottingham student Shannon Beech, the winning bar combines milk chocolate with golden crunchy honeycomb pieces and caramel-flavoured fudge, finished with chopped hazelnuts.

Still on shelves under its original name of Crunchy Honeycomb while stocks last, Honeycomb & Nuts will return to the market from January next year.

Beatrice Berutti, Tablets Brand Manager at Cadbury, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to reveal Shannon as the winner of our second Cadbury Inventor Competition. We love experimenting with different flavours, especially when we can bring our fans into the process of inventing new and wonderful creations.

“Cadbury Dairy Milk Honeycomb & Nuts mixes classic ingredients in a unique and mouth-watering way, which is just one of the reasons why it has captivated the nation.”
