One Stop celebrates Cadbury’s bicentenary

One Stop store

Twenty of One Stop’s stores have been given a purple makeover to mark Cadbury’s 200th anniversary.

The chosen stores are marking the milestone birthday with everything from bunting, barkers and balloon arches to posters and hanging signs with LED lights from now until 19 May.

Customers have the opportunity to taste and collect Cadbury’s new 180g limited-edition Dairy Milk Bars, with six different pack designs from as far back as 1915 until the present day. Shoppers are also in with a chance of winning one of 50 Cadbury goody bags per store.

The Cadbury team will also be on hand to give out free merch including tote bags, hoodies, hats and notebooks.

One Stop is also donating Cadbury products to foodbanks local to the 20 stores.

Cadbury Junior Brand Manager Connor Gould commented: “We’re really looking forward to celebrating 200 years of Cadbury belonging to our nation this year. The British public has played such an important role in our history and we’re proud to celebrate being yours. We look forward to seeing One Stop shed light on this monumental anniversary through their store takeovers.”
