Border Biscuitiers come to life in TV ad

Border Biscuitiers

Border Biscuits has hit TV screens with its first national advertising campaign, voiced by actor Derek Griffiths.

Running on ITV, ITV3, STV and STV Player, the 30 second ad follows a family of Border Biscuitiers handpicking ingredients in the kitchen and working together to make biscuits – with the strapline Border Biscuitiers Bake Better Biscuits.

The new advertising campaign is part of a £4.3m investment for the brand, which has introduced new packaging, a new look website and enhanced its factory to increase production capacity.

From this month the Border Biscuitiers will also appear in a national trade and consumer print and outdoor advertising campaign, supported by PR and social media.

Lesley Ann Gray, Brand and Marketing Manager for Border Biscuits said: “All of our staff share the same vision of making exceptional biscuits that people love and we go to great lengths to do this. We really wanted to tell this story through our new advertising campaign and the warm, loveable Border Biscuitiers do this perfectly.”
