With adult snacking on the rise in the processed cheese segment, Mondelez has unveiled new Philadelphia Snacks.
The range comprises of two variants at launch: Light & Tasty Snacks (Philadelphia Light dip with baked breadsticks), available now, and Light & Herbs Snacks (Philadelphia Light Herbs dip with wholegrain breadsticks), available 4 March.
Both are offered in a 3-pack multipack format, while Light & Tasty Snacks is also available in single and price-marked packs (RSP 75p).
The launch is supported with advertising and in-store activity throughout the spring.
Paola Cassinelli, Philadelphia Senior Brand Manager at Mondelez International, said: “We know that 53% of people snack on cheese between meals, meaning there’s a real opportunity to tap into the adult snacking market. Philadelphia is perfectly positioned to maximise this opportunity with a new, great tasting range of low calorie, nutritious snacks.”
Light & Tasty Snacks contains 103 calories, while Light & Herbs Snacks with wholegrain breadsticks contain 86 calories.
