Malibu goes after men

Malibu has launched a new campaign to encourage men to order the coconut-flavoured rum in bars.

‘Malibros’ stars Made in Chelsea’s Jamie Laing and Andy Jordan in a light-hearted YouTube video (which can be seen on SLR’s Shopflix site), where the duo make a stand against drink stereotyping.

Jo Alexander, Malibu Marketing Manager at Pernod Ricard UK, commented “To drive relevancy with our UK audience, we’ve linked up with Made in Chelsea star Jamie Laing and former cast-mate Andy Jordan. Together they show us what a real pair of ‘Malibros’ looks like.”

As part of the drive to increase the number of ‘Malibros’ all over the world, Malibu is encouraging consumers to get involved on the Facebook page by sharing their wittiest ‘Brocabulary’ ideas, using the #Malibros hashtag.
