Aberdeenshire c-store put on the market

RnB News, a convenience store in Laurencekirk, Aberdeenshire, has been put on the market.

The store, which is located on the high street, features a “well-configured trading area and well-established newspaper round”.

Liam Bain, Business Agent at Christie & Co who is handling the sale, said: “RnB News has been an established name in Laurencekirk for a number of years, with an excellent reputation for its value for money and service.

“The store generates a healthy gross profit and provides a good foundation for a new owner to work from, however, turnover could be increased further by extending opening hours, refreshing the internal space to improve the offering and expanding home delivery.”

RnB News is on the market on a leasehold basis, at £70,000.
