Biscuit brand LU is expanding its UK portfolio with the launch of LU Le Petit Chocolat Noir, adding a dark chocolate variant to its Le Petit Chocolat range.
The launch builds on the success of Le Petit Chocolat, which is the brand’s number one product in the UK, and is designed to tap into growing demand for premium, indulgent biscuits. The new variant offers a more sophisticated take on the range, aimed at moments of relaxation and self-treating.
LU Le Petit Chocolat Noir will be available from May 2026. The 100g pack has an RSP of £2.25.
The Mondelez brand has grown to be worth more than £20m in the UK since launching in 2021, supported by a strong repeat rate within the special treat biscuits segment. LU’s French heritage and premium positioning have helped it resonate with shoppers looking for high-quality evening treats, particularly alongside hot drinks.
