KP Snacks is launching Hula Hoops Puft this month – a lighter version of Hula Hoops. The new snack is available in a 20g handy-pack and comes in a cheese flavour, which is a first for the brand.
As FMCG brands continue to face pressure to improve the health credentials of their products, Matt Collins, Trading Controller Convenience, KP Snacks, said this new launch will target shoppers “in search of a lighter snack”.
Collins added: “Innovation is incredibly important for our future product development and Hula Hoops Puft is a perfect example of this.”
The new product will feature in the brand’s 2015 advertising campaign, and the company hopes that a range of promotions, displays and sampling from March onwards will ensure strong consumer awareness.
