J2O going for Gold

Britvic Soft Drinks is bringing back its summer limited edition flavour, J2O Pear Gold. The pear and guava drink performed well last summer with 72% of consumers purchasing Pear Gold being completely new to J2O with repeat purchase rates well above average at 25%.

The return of the product will be supported by a marketing campaign featuring nationwide print advertising at large-scale outdoor sites to drive mass awareness. In addition, 6-sheet posters will build awareness and will be placed in retailer car-parks and sampling bars, in close proximity to the point-of-purchase, with the aim of getting J2O Pear Gold on shopping lists ahead of consumers entering the store.

The campaign is further brought to life by the launch of social media activity called ‘The J2O Golden Hour’ – an on-going competition which will see 14 pairs of designer aviator sunglasses given away every day over the course of six weeks from 30th June.. The competition will run across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

4 x 275ml bottles of J2O are available in case sizes of six (24 per case).
