James Bielby, Chief Executive of Women in Wholesale’s partner FWD, said: “It’s great to see how enthusiastically wholesalers and suppliers are investing in the development of their female colleagues, encouraging them to take advantage of the mentors’ willingness to share their experience, and giving their sponsorship and endorsement to the Women in Wholesale programme as it develops in partnership with FWD.”

Among the brands backing the initiative are Coca-Cola, Boost, Budweiser, Suntory, JTI, Unilever, Barr Soft Drinks, Pladis, B2B Store and NatWest.

Wholesalers JJ Foodservice, Costco, Sugro, Unitas, Spar and Bestway have also pledged their support along with insight provers TWC and Lumina Intelligence.
