Spar Scotland has strengthened its frozen fish offer with a line from new supplier Downies of Whitehills.
Frozen Breaded Haddock is available to Spar retailers now with an RSP of £4.
Downies of Whitehills is a family-run business with over 150 years of experience in the fishing industry. It selects fish at local markets daily; this is then quickly transported to a state-of-the-art factory for processing.
Colin McLean, CEO of Spar Scotland, said: “This is the start of a long-term relationship with a prestigious Scottish fish supplier, who is based in the north east of Scotland – the heart of the Scottish fishing community.”
