McColl’s Chief Financial Officer Robbie Bell is stepping down to take up the equivalent role at Holland & Barrett.
Bell took up the CFO role at the convenience chain in January 2019 after a stint as Chief Executive of Welcome Break. He will remain in post until a replacement has been found and settled in.
Thanking McColl’s boss Jonathan Miller, its board and his colleagues for their support, Bell said: “Whilst it was a difficult decision, I am stepping down to pursue a new opportunity, and I wish McColl’s every success in the future.”
