Pet hate

Cat drone

The auld yin has never had much time for pets. Walks in the rain and putting warm poo in small plastic bags has never appealed, nor has spending time entertaining the short-attention span little critters, so he has found the ideal solution for pet owners who can’t be bothered with the hassle of having pets: the pet drone.

A snip at only £79.97, the ProFlight Pathera Cat Drone takes the drudgery out of having to actually play with your cat by doing it for you. “Hours of endless fun,” said the press release. It comes with three attachments – mouse, fish and feather dangler toys – and will skilfully navigate and track your moggy, keeping toys at paws while “a live camera providing in-flight footage lets you record, relive and share playtime videos and pictures.”

UTC can literally think of nothing worse than sitting watching hours of video footage of a cat playing with a fish dangler.
