Nisa Retail has appointed Nigel Gray to the newly created position of Business Unit Director for symbol.
Gray, who has most recently held the position of retail and operations director at Spar Henderson Group, where he was accountable for the commercial and operational performance of the 80 company owned sites acrossNorthern Irelandand a team of 1,700 people.
He has extensive experience within the retail sector and has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in both single and multi-site roles within blue chip and privately owned organisations.
Nigel previously held senior roles at Marks and Spencer where he progressed his retail career from assistant store manager to regional manager forNorthern Irelandand Isle of Man.

Nigel will work alongside Steve Leach who joins this month from Vodafone as Business Unit Director for Independent & Specialists. These appointments together with a significant strengthening of the Marketing function positions Nisa very strongly in the Symbol sector in 2014.
