Kopparberg is rolling out its biggest-ever national marketing push with the launch of ‘Bring Me Sunshine’, backed by a £6m investment to support grocery and convenience retailers during peak cider season.

The campaign launches on 22 May and will run across TV, social media, streaming, out of home and in-store, aiming to drive visibility and sales during a key trading period for the category.

Retail support includes in-store displays, refreshed packaging from June, branded glassware and on-pack ‘Bring Me Sunshine’ messaging. A consumer promotion will also give shoppers the chance to win a trip to Malta.

Designed around summer occasions such as barbecues, festivals, at-home sport and warm-weather gatherings, the activity is intended to keep Kopparberg front of mind while supporting sales across its core range, including formats such as the Variety Pack and Kopparberg Alcohol Free.

Claire James, Shopper Marketing Manager at Kopparberg, said: “Summer is a huge opportunity for cider and shoppers want brands that are familiar, easy to choose and trusted to deliver in store. ‘Bring Me Sunshine’ gives retailers a clear, scalable platform to activate in store, simplify choice across the range and convert peak summer occasions into sales.”
