Having your dram and eating it

Under the Counter is a busy man. He’s so busy that sometimes after reading the evening paper while Mrs UTC clatters about with the dishes, he sometimes doesn’t have time for both a dram and a slice of cake before River City. So it is with some huge relief that he can report that the good folk at Highland Park have come to the rescue after teaming up with Orkney Bakery to create a “rich and luxurious” whisky cake, flavoured with the highly acclaimed Scotch.
