Frylight pairs with foodie for social media campaign

Spray oil brand Frylight has announced a new partnership with the author and creator of the food platform Bored of Lunch, Nathan Anthony.

The author, cook and social media creator will develop a series of air fryer recipes for the brand, showcasing the versatility of the Frylight range.

The focus of the recipes will be to raise awareness of how a few sprays of Frylight can elevate air fryer cooking, providing consumers with a lighter, tastier and more convenient cooking experience.

The recipes will be available to consumers through social media content, featuring monthly tutorials that will be shared on both Antony’s and Frylight’s channels.

With air fryers found in nearly half of UK households, Holly Dunnett, Frylight Brand Manager at Saputo Dairy UK, said: “We strongly believe there is a natural opportunity for Frylight to take the starring role in everyday air fryer use.

“Many consumers do not realise that spray oils, such as Frylight, are perfect for spraying onto food cooked in an air fryer, as it requires a minimal amount of oil, while still getting that desirable crispy finish.”
