FrieslandCampina has been delivering its milk drinks to front-line workers across the UK.
Over the past six weeks a team has safely delivered 5,368 cases of its Barista cold coffee drink and 409 cases of Yazoo Kids chocolate to 77,472 workers at 171 sites in the UK.
Ambulance services the length and breadth of the country have benefited from the deliveries.
Yazoo Brand Manager Gabriella Sudall said: “We have a strong sampling team here at FrieslandCampina, and we wanted to put our time to good use during the pandemic. It is really the least we could do, and we’ve had some brilliant messages of thanks from key workers.
“Whilst these really are unprecedented times, the NHS and key workers have certainly gone above and beyond, and we hope this small effort from us has perked up their day.”
