Warburtons is expanding its Wrapped Bakery range during the winter period with the introduction of the Winter Fruit Loaf, with flavours of cinnamon, nutmeg and fruit pieces. The loaf also comes complete with festive packaging design. The 400g Winter Fruit Loaf (rrp £1.47) will be available in convenience and multiple retailers until January 2013.
Darren Littler, Warburtons Director of Innovation, says; “The introduction of the Winter Fruit Loaf to the range provides retailers with the opportunity to add value to the Bakery category as consumers add it to their shopping basket in addition to their usual repertoire during the winter months.
“This also allows our customers to drive incremental sales for Fruit Loaf throughout seasonal variations.”
