White Heron Drinks has launched new British Framboise Raspberry Liqueur, available through distributor Love Drinks.
The younger sibling of White Heron’s award-winning British Cassis, the Framboise is made with Herefordshire raspberries using classic winemaking techniques. Once the raspberry juice has fermented naturally with champagne yeast, it is blended with a little vodka to fortify and sweeten, in order to accentuate the flavours before bottling.
White Heron Drinks Founder Jo Hilditch said: “This has been a few years in development so we’re really excited to now bring British Framboise to the market and can’t wait to see the reaction from consumers. The essence of our raspberries, grown in the fields of Herefordshire, is perfectly captured in this liqueur offering a new dimension to a wide range of drinks, serves and cocktails.”
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians, British Framboise Raspberry Liqueur is available now in 500ml bottles (ABV 15%) with an RSP of £20.
