Piddle used to push Puddles

Town sign made out of chocolate

Bournville, home of Cadbury, is to be twinned with the village of Puddlestown in Dorset.

The twinning marks the launch of new Cadbury Dairy Milk Puddles, the brand’s first ever tablet to contain a soft-centred filling.

Puddlestown was rewarded with a new village sign, made entirely out of 30 kilos of chocolate. Cadbury also held a plastic duck race down the River Piddle (yes, really), using 1,501 ducks – one for every resident in Puddlestown.

The activity is part of a £4m spend to promote the new product.
