Pickering’s thinks pink for liqueur debut

Pickering's liqueur

Edinburgh-based Pickering’s Gin has launched its first-ever gin liqueur, in response to customer demand.

Pickering’s Pink Grapefruit & Lemongrass Gin Liqueur (20% ABV) is available now in 50cl bottles with an RSP of £19.95.

Using the company’s award-winning gin as its base, the liqueur is made with real fruit pulp and juices.

Marcus Pickering, Pickering’s co-founder, said: “Here at Summerhall Distillery we are all about innovation. So, when our loyal fanbase told us they wanted to see some flavoured expressions from Pickering’s we turned to the fruit we know and love best – pink grapefruit.”

Stevie Watson, UK brand ambassador, added: “Our fruity new expression perfectly fits into the forming trend for lower alcoholic spritz-style drinks.”
