PayPoint launches 2026 Retailer Survey

PayPoint has launched its annual survey that provides its retailer partners with the opportunity to give direct feedback to the company on overall customer experience and satisfaction, as well as suggestions on how to evolve its operations.

Independently conducted by Savanta, the survey is open from 13 April to 22 May 2026. It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and also gives retailers the chance to win one of 30 £100 Love2Shop vouchers for taking part.

The aim of the survey is to understand and improve how PayPoint engages with retailers in order to support them with day-to-day operations.

Following feedback from last year’s survey, PayPoint launched several initiatives to improve operations for retailers, including Store Growth Specialists – a field-facing role focused on helping retailer partners grow their revenue and profitability by making the most of PayPoint’s full-service portfolio.

Other notable launches included the expansion of Royal Mail Services in Collect+ sites, allowing more customers to collect, send, and return parcels at their local convenience stores, and BankLocal, a partnership with Lloyds which lets customers use PayPoint’s retail network to deposit and access cash for their bank accounts.
