Pantene innovates with micelles

Pantene Micelles range

Pantene has launched a new collection to bring the skin care benefits of micellar water to hair.

Micellar water, as everyone knows, is made up of micelles (tiny balls of cleansing oil molecules) suspended in soft water, and has grown in popularity over the last 12 months.

The new Pantene Pro-V Micellar Cleanse and Nourish range is available now, and comprises a shampoo, conditioner and foam conditioner. All RSP at £2.99.

Jo Vaughan, Pantene’s haircare Brand Manager, said: “It’s important that we continue to react to consumer insights and shopper trends to innovate the category. The launch of our Micellar collection is a strong addition to the range of shampoos and conditioners, not only because of the science behind the product but also because it responds to the rising popularity for micellar based products.

“Pantene has a 70-year history of developing healthy hair science and it’s important that we continue to drive innovation in the sector. We’re confident this latest launch will help increase growth not only for Pantene, but the category as a whole.”
