Everyone’s a winner with Lucozade Zero promotion

Lucozade Energy has launched Zero Losers, the first ever on-pack promotion across its Lucozade Zero range, where a prize is guaranteed with every single entry.

By scanning a QR code on pack, Lucozade Zero shoppers will receive one of many instant prizes, including a top prize of £5,000 cash for 10 lucky winners. Many more shoppers will be given cash prizes of £250 or £20. Free bottles of Lucozade Zero are among the other prizes available.

Lucozade Energy is bringing the promotion to life for convenience retailers with their very own giveaway too. There is a £500 top prize up for grabs for retailers, as well as a guaranteed free case of Lucozade Zero for every entry.

To enter, retailers should simply email SBFTrade@hanovercomms.com with their full name, store name and address by 26 September 2022. Terms and conditions apply.

Zoe Trimble, Head of Lucozade Energy at Suntory Beverage & Food GB&I, says: “We know that zero-sugar drinks are driving growth within the soft drinks category; in fact, zero/low calorie carbonated soft drinks now make up 60% of total sales. This means there is a huge opportunity for retailers to attract even more consumer interest in this growing segment through this bespoke new promotion.

“Stores should stock up on our popular range of Lucozade Zero drinks – including bestselling Lucozade Zero Pink Lemonade – to make the most of the buzz around Zero Losers, and don’t forget to enter the retailer competition too!”

The promotion is live now across multiple pack formats including 500ml, 4x380ml (excluding Orange) and 900ml (Pink Lemonade only). The campaign will be supported by a significant marketing spend, which will see a raft of out-of-home, radio, PR, social media and in-store marketing roll out across the country.

The campaign aims to reach 89% of adults at least six times, driving mass awareness and helping retailers to boost their zero-sugar sales throughout the summer and beyond.
