With just a week until the tobacco display ban comes into effect, JTI has launched a new product into the Value price segment. B&H Blue King Size and Smooth Flavour King Size 18s are available now, with an rrp of £5.99.
JTI says that sales of B&H Blue have been growing in all regions since its launch and hopes the new variant will “offer existing adult smokers affordable quality”.
“The launch of B&H Blue King Size 18s responds to the growing trend towards Value, which now accounts for over half of all cigarette sales in the UK,” said Jeremy Blackburn, JTI Head of Communications. “The new lower price will ensure this must-stock line continues to drive profits for retailers whilst also offering a quality product from an iconic British brand to smokers demanding lower priced alternatives.”
