The Glasgow branch of Hancocks will reopen on Monday 18 May. Opening hours will be Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm.
The move follows a successful trial in the Manchester depot. Two other English branches (Birmingham and Watford, if you’re interested) will also reopen.
All other branches – including Dundee – remain closed for the time being.
The business has doubled its online sales since the lockdown began. A Hancocks spokesperson commented: “With hundreds of orders being processed and delivered daily and some fantastic customer feedback, we anticipate this to only grow over the coming weeks.
