Cake mix manufacturer Green’s has launched what it says is the UK’s first single sachets of ready-to-mix blancmange (RSP 35p each).
The new single packets are available now under the Pearce Duff brand in the wholesale and convenience channels in Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry flavours.
Customers simply add milk to the contents of the sachet, bring to the boil, pour the mix into a mould, and then let it set for at least three hours.
Green’s spokesperson, Rob Allardyce said: “Blancmange has been one of our best sellers for many years, and we are delighted to be offering our customers single sachets of their favourite flavours now.
“We have tested and tasted a variety of ingredients and believe that our customers will be able to make the best blancmange desserts in their own home with our new sachets.”
