Erdinger Alkoholfrei is encouraging consumers to adopt a healthy lifestyle and get active with a new campaign that breaks away from the drinks industry’s customary focus on simply cutting back on alcohol in January.
The promotion, which is now available, supports the brand’s positioning as a sporty thirst quencher.
The ‘Get Active with Erdinger Alkoholfrei’ campaign is running on 500,000 neck collars carried on promotional 500ml bottles of the Bavarian low-alcohol beer. The bottles are available until 8 March 2026 or until stocks last. Participants have the chance to win one of 35 sports boxes every week, each containing a range of equipment to help kickstart an active routine.
The campaign has been kept simple to minimise any barriers that might deter people from entering. Purchasers simply visit a bespoke website, input a unique code found on the neck collar, and wait to hear if they have won one of that week’s boxes. The prize boxes include an Erdinger towel and sport bottle, a Blackroll mini, a Blackroll ball 08, one Flexvit revolve resistance band and mini resistance band, and an instruction book. A companion app enables everyone – not just the winners – to access a series of free workout tutorials.
