Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has brought its commitment to inclusion and community to life with a charity football tournament organised by colleague and apprentice Jaya Gill from its East Kilbride manufacturing site.

Held on 31 May 2026 at New Douglas Park in Hamilton, the World Cup-themed event brought together 80 participants from across the East Kilbride operation, alongside customers, external partners and players from the Scottish National Cerebral Palsy football team.

Jaya, a Health and Safety Coordinator at the site and a Livingston Football Club player, organised the mixed-ability tournament to create opportunities for people from different backgrounds and abilities to connect through sport.

The event, which featured players aged 15 to 65, raised more than £2,500 for the Glasgow-based Beatson Cancer Charity, which supports people affected by cancer across Scotland through specialist care, wellbeing services and research.

Jaya Gill, Safety Coordinator at CCEP, said: “It takes a lot of planning, but seeing it all come together on the day made it all worthwhile. We made new connections and funds for an incredible cause. Sport has a way of bringing people together on a level playing field that you don’t always get elsewhere – that’s what made Sunday so special.”
