Deep Ridges TV Campaign launches

Walkers Deep Ridged crisps is embarking on its first TV campaign. Due to hit screens on 13th September, the ad stars brand ambassador Gary Lineker and is focused around Britain’s biggest ever crisp and tallest freestanding climbing wall.

Kieran South, Wholesale Director PepsiCo UK&I commented, “Our aim is for this to be the biggest food and drink launch for the past decade, so we urge our customers to work with their local Sales Development Representatives to create epic displays of Deep Ridged to make the most of this incremental sales opportunity as Deep Ridged hits the nation’s screens.”

To maximise this new opportunity independent retailers are advised to stock the full range of new Walkers Deep Ridged (Grilled Steak, Mature Cheddar & Onion, Salt & Malt Vinegar) alongside the core range on fixture and at key secondary sittings using the 24 case stacker to capture incremental impulse purchases.
