Cadbury campaign reminds us of home

Cadbury Dairy Milk

Cadbury Dairy Milk has launched ‘Homesick’, the latest advert in its ‘There’s a Glass & a Half in Everyone’ brand campaign.

The heartwarming ad tells the story of two sisters living six thousand miles apart. After a call home, one sister—now in Kuala Lumpur—opens an envelope to find a Cadbury Dairy Milk bar sent by her sibling, albeit with a substantial portion missing and clumsily rewrapped.

The ad runs across TV, video on demand and YouTube.

Elise Burditt, UK Senior Marketing Director at Mondelez, commented: “Cadbury has always been about the humanity in all of us. This campaign shows how generosity isn’t about being perfect – it’s about being thoughtful. Even a bar of Dairy Milk with a chunk missing can carry the warmth of home.”
