PayPoint unveils Amazon collection service

Amazon Hub Counter

Following a successful trial, PayPoint has launched Amazon Hub Counter – a network of pick-up points that lets customers collect Amazon orders in-store – in the stores of over 500 of its retail partners.

The service will roll out across PayPoint’s wider retailer network in due course.

Shoppers can order online then pick up their parcels within 14 days from their chosen convenience store or high-street shop.

The Hub Counter launched in the UK, Italy (pictured) and the US earlier this year. It has been positively received, driving strong customer engagement and additional footfall for partners.

Patrick Headon, CEO for PayPoint, commented: “Online shopping is only continuing to grow in popularity, and retailers who offer parcel collection can tap into that by introducing new customers to their stores and increasing sales.”
