The meat is sliced thinly and seasoned with a unique blend of spices: a combination of the finest ingredients from the Wild West and the Far East. Beef Jerky Peppered uses coarsely ground black pepper to provide a spicy flavour, and Beef Jerky Teriyaki harnesses soy sauce and warming ginger to capture traditional Asian tastes.
