Haribo has added new reduced-sugar fruit gums – called Fruitilicious – to its range of sweets.
Fruitilicious is available now in a range of pack sizes including 165g, 120g and a 155g £1 priced-marked pack.
Kick starting Haribo’s product plans for 2018, Fruitilicious is supported by a comprehensive marketing campaign including PR, product sampling and a new TV advert.
It offers 30% less sugar than regular fruit gums, and features fruit-shaped, smiley-faced pieces in strawberry, raspberry, pineapple, orange, apple and lemon flavours.
Within the category’s top 25 selling hanging bags, Fruitilicious currently delivers the lowest sugar content per 100g. In recent blind taste tests, Haribo said 98% of consumers “loved” or “liked” this latest edition.
