CJ Lang & Son Ltd has announced the appointment of Eoin McGettigan as Non-Executive Chair, effective 5th February 2026.
McGettigan brings more than 35 years’ senior executive leadership experience across retail, wholesale and consumer-facing businesses, including CEO roles at Musgrave, Budgens-Londis, Co-op Retail and Lifestyle Sports. Alongside his executive career, McGettigan founded DriveChain in 2008, a consulting and interim management practice supporting leading businesses through strategic and operational change.

McGettigan succeeds Jim Hepburn, who stood down from his role as Non-Executive Chairman when his tenure came to an end in December. CJ Lang thanked Jim for his contribution to the business over the past several years and wished him every success for the future.
