Customers can collect cash in Cadbury Cakes competition

Premier Foods has launched an on-pack promotion with Cadbury Cakes to give shoppers in the UK and Ireland the chance to win instant cash.

Running until 25 August, the ‘Find the Golden Token, Win Cash’ promotion features across Cadbury Mini Rolls and Cake Bars. Over 1,000 golden tokens have been placed inside promotional packs and lucky shoppers who find one can go online to claim a cash prize of either £1,000, £100 or £10. Customers can also win by entering a wrap-up draw.

Naomi Shooman, Global Brand Marketing Director for sweet treats at Premier Foods, commented: “These products are firm favourites with customers, and we’re pleased to be adding some extra excitement with this on-pack promotion. With 94% of consumers saying they buy cake for enjoyment, we’re also giving retailers something to generate a buzz around.”
