Burts Snacks has been snapped up by white label savoury snack producer Europe Snacks.
Europe Snacks first entered the UK market with the purchase of Kolak Snack Foods in 2016. The 100% acquisition of Burts, which should be finalised in March, marks a further step in its UK expansion.
Burts will continue to operate from its two manufacturing facilities in Plymouth and Leicester, led by current boss Dave McNulty.
