With the disposable vape ban now in force, Imperial Brands has launched a new rechargeable compact device: the blu box kit.
Complementing its blu bar kit and blu pod offering, the blu box kit caters for the one-in-four former disposable vape customers who prefer a box format device.
The device is expected to appeal to young adult vapers in the 21-30 age group, particularly female customers who prefer compact devices which fit within the palm of their hand.
It offers 1,000 puffs of flavour per prefilled, replaceable pod. The device includes Imperial’s third-generation mesh coil technology for consistent flavour delivery and features a 560mAh battery with USB-C port for fast charging and repeated use.
Additional features include a durable brushed metallic finish, visible liquid level detection and security lock to protect the device when not in use.
The kits carry an RSP of £5.99 and include a blu box rechargeable vaping device and a single blu pod in one of three flavours: Strawberry Ice, Lemon Lime or Mint.
Kits are also compatible with the entire range of blu pod flavours. As well as the aforementioned trio, these include Watermelon Ice, Blueberry Sour Razz, Cherry, Pineapple and Triple Melon. Replacement pods are available in packs of two (RSP £5.99), offering 2,000 puffs per pack.
