We’re pleased to announce that Scottish wrestling legend Grado will be the host of this year’s SLR Awards.
Aside from his antics in the ring, the big man is best known for his TV appearances in ‘Scot Squad’ and ‘Two Doors Down’. He also co-presents the breakfast show on Go Radio.
What’s not so well known is that Grado is a massive fan of convenience retailing. He reckons that he must pop into around six stores every day and is currently on the rampage scouring shelves for some Caramel Crème Eggs. If you’ve got any in stock and are coming to the Awards, feel free to bring a couple along.
If you’re not coming, it’s not too late to book your ticket – although they’re disappearing faster than Caramel Crème Eggs in Grado’s local shop.
The Awards will be presented on Wednesday 4 June at a ceremony in Glasgow’s Radisson blu hotel.
