McVitie’s has revealed its 2016 Christmas cake range, which sees the debut of a selection of NPD, along with the return of a festive favourite.
New products hitting shelves from 19th September onwards with an rrp of £1 are:
- McVitie’s Digestives Coconut Teacakes
- McVitie’s Hobnobs Apple & Cinnamon Flapjacks
- Celebrations Festive Christmas Cracker
- Galaxy Salted Caramel Cake Bars
- Mars Santa Cake Bars
Also with an rrp of £1, McVitie’s Frost Mint Digestives Slices makes a seasonal return, this year with a snowman-themed packaging redesign.
The new Celebrations Festive Christmas Cracker (rrp £3) rounds off the McVitie’s Christmas range, featuring 12 individually wrapped cake bars and flapjacks. Claire Hooper, Senior Brand Manager at McVitie’s Cake Company, said: “This cake bar selection is a great option for a celebratory party gift or new stocking fillers to make sure your family and friends have a cracking Christmas this year”.
