Trooper’s new look is dead good

Day of the Dead Trooper beer

Robinsons Brewery and veteran heavy rockers Iron Maiden have unveiled a new design for their award-winning Trooper beer.

The limited-edition bottles are available from now until the end of November; the launch is timed to tap into the growing market for Halloween beers.

The new design sees Iron Maiden’s Eddie character given a makeover inspired by Mexico’s Day of the Dead celebration.

Trooper Brand Manager Sam Kennerley said: “The Halloween opportunity in the UK keeps growing and we wanted to create something a little different this year to give Trooper fans and beer lovers something new to engage with.”

Day of The Dead Trooper (ABV 4.7%) is available in cases of 8 x 500ml bottles with an RSP of £1.99. There’s no need to run to the hills for stock though – the beer is available from Booker and Makro.
