Philip Morris Limited (PML), the UK and Ireland affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI), has launched the latest innovation in the Iqos range of heat‑not‑burn devices, Iqos Iluma i One.
The Iluma series uses a bladeless induction system to heat tobacco and deliver taste, with 95% less harmful chemicals compared to cigarettes. Built on the same platform, Iqos Iluma i One adds advanced features aimed at greater flexibility so users can tailor their experience.
The feature set includes a touchscreen for quick access to device information, autostart to begin heating when a tobacco stick is inserted, and flex puff to adapt to the user’s rhythm.
It uses the same Terea tobacco sticks designed exclusively for the Iluma device, including the new Terea Pearls range, which caters to demand for smoke‑free, capsulated tobacco products.
Iqos Iluma i One is now available on PMI Open, PML’s dedicated online trade platform.
The device is positioned to complement gantries and, when used with Terea, is claimed to enable savings of up to £3,400 a year compared to smoking cigarettes. It was awarded Product of the Year 2026 in the Heated Tobacco category.
Iqos Iluma i forms part of PMI’s expanding UK smoke‑free portfolio, which also includes nicotine pouch brand Zyn and Veev One in PMI’s Veev e‑vapor range.
