Millbrook Dairy has introduced a new Shirgar Cheese Sticks range, bringing Welsh cheese to the growing snacking and food-to-go sectors.
Made in Wales from premium Welsh milk, the individually wrapped 20g sticks are available in three varieties: Shirgar Mature Cheddar, Shirgar Mild Cheddar and Shirgar Red Leicester. Each stick contains 5g of protein, offering a natural alternative to processed snacks for parents, commuters and health-conscious shoppers.
With a 90-day shelf life and packed 50 per case, the products are designed for convenience retailers, symbol stores, travel sites and grab-and-go chillers, providing reliable rotation and minimal waste. Exclusive to England and Scotland, the range offers retailers a premium British cheese with strong shopper appeal.
