Mentos has launched new Sour Tones, adding three flavours – Strawberry, Orange and Apple – in both 37.5g roll (RSP 75p) and 120g hanging bag (£1.25 PMP) formats.
The range will roll out first via wholesalers including, Spar, United Wholesale Scotland, United Wholesale Grocers, JW Filshill, Dhamecha and Parfetts, followed by managed impulse stores.
The products are vegan friendly, made with natural colours and supported by a tease‑and‑reveal social campaign with digital support in‑store.
The launch arrives as the Mentos brand grows in value and volume, now worth £48m after rising 10% and 12% respectively over the past 12 months. Sour Tones sits within the £99m hard chews category and targets Gen Z shoppers, where flavour is the primary reason to try something new.
