Eighteen CJ Lang staff from all over Scotland have graduated from the company’s Management Advancement Programme (MAP).
MAP is an in-house training programme developed by CJ Lang and aimed at new managers or supervisors wishing to progress to a management role and take on more responsibility.
The course covers in-store management, legal compliance and leadership skills. As CJ Lang is an approved centre for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), the graduates also gained an ILM qualification.
“MAP is unique in its learning opportunity,” said John Connolly, HR Controller for CJ Lang. “It prepares candidates for a future in management whilst enabling CJ Lang’s talent pipeline. Well done to them all!”
