Carol Saunders, Head of Insights at The Knowledge Bank, said: “With so many of us keen to support Scottish producers, brands that champion their provenance can cement their place regularly in shoppers’ baskets and, ultimately grow. It’s great to see consumers recognising retailers and quality brand marks as well as producers.
“While these are the well-known brands we associate with Scotland, many up and coming producers across the country have created products that are deeply linked to Scottish heritage and have earned a place in consumers’ kitchens.”
