Huel is entering the instant noodle category with the launch of Huel Ramen, a nutritionally complete range that will roll out to Booker this month ahead of wider availability across wholesale and convenience in January 2027.
Available in Black Edition and Lite variants, the range combines instant noodles with high protein, fibre and 26 vitamins and minerals. The Black Edition range contains 40g of plant-based protein and around 350 calories per pot, while Lite offers 25g of protein and fewer than 230 calories per serving.
Booker will initially stock Black Edition Katsu Curry Noodles and Lite Classic ‘Chicken’ Flavour.
All products are vegan friendly and have been developed to offer a more nutritious alternative within the instant noodle category.
The launch builds on Huel’s retail growth, with the company reporting £100m RSV in UK retail earlier this year.
