Greens Retail reports “strong” full year results

Greens on the Go
Greens Retail has reported revenue of £29.6m in its annual results for the 12 months to 31st March 2025, up from £26.6m in 23/24.
The group claimed that the revenue increase was a direct result of both the continued consolidation and growth of the store estate, increasing from 19 sites in FY 23/24 to 25 sites at the end of FY 24/25, as well as continued year on year growth in the existing store estate of over 8%.
The firm reported a pre-tax loss of £504,023 compared with a profit of £454,312 for the previous period. The company claimed that the drop was caused by the continued store openings and refurbishments leading to both significant initial investments into fixtures and fittings resulting in a substantial increase in depreciation and non-recurring costs, combined with continued investment into central resources.
EBITDA after non-recurring items increased to £1.22m versus £1.03m in 23/24. Company directors considered the trading results to be “strong and in line with expectations amidst a challenging wider economic climate”.
The group claimed that there is substantial further expansion planned for FY 25/26.
